New Bank details for Mintos

The payment options for Mintos are changing. As of December 30, 2017, Mintos will no longer be using Luminor bank as an option to transfer euros (EUR) to Mintos. You can find the new bank details for transferring EUR to your investor account under the Deposit/Withdraw/FX tab on the Mintos website.

In addition, we are planning to offer more options for you to transfer money to Mintos, which should be available in the near future.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact our Investor Service team at [email protected].

My transfer bounced at the end of December because I used the IBAN in my address book. I don’t think you handled this very well. You missed many opportunities to communicate this change.

    – You should have kept the old account for a little longer and notified users making payments to this account.
    – You could have sent an email to all users who transferred money to the old account in the past year, or put it in the daily summary email.
    – You should have posted this blog BEFORE the old account disappeared.

      Hi John,

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry for this.

We sent an e-mail to all investors with information about this.

We will communicate about it better next time if we will have situation like this.

I wonder why you choose to use PaySera, since it has such a bad reputation. I have read about so many people transfering money to a PaySera account and the money did not show up, and there were no help to be found at the PaySera support.

      Hi Brian,

      Thank you for your comment.

Paysera works good for us and we have good experience with them.
All payments which are done with incorrect details are processed by their support or returned to the sender.
Paysera support works good for us.
